As an experienced HR consultant with 25 years of HR leadership experience across telecoms, healthcare, and construction, I bring a hands-on approach to attracting top talent, shaping career pathways, and fostering employee growth — always with a commercial mindset.
I hold an MSc in Leadership and Management, a PGCE, a coaching qualification, and am a Fellow of the CIPD. My passion lies in building workplace cultures that empower teams, encourage honest conversations, and make people feel valued.
